Greens resident will be able to request the provided service through the mobile app.
Greens residents should register themself on the app. They will be able to select the needed services, write their comments and submit the request.
Toxido as a service provider will receive resident requests and resident details on the help desk admin panel.
The Help desk admin will assign the request to whoever will handle it.
The resident will receive a push notification with request status updates. The resident can find all request history.
